You are purchasing .PDF files that you print yourself as needed. The files will be sent as an attachment to an email. They will go to the email address that you use for the PayPal transaction unless you specify otherwise. We process orders at least twice per day. If you don't receive files within 12 hours of placing your order, please call or email; something may have gone amiss and we'll straighten it out immediately.
